Kissinger Group collaborated with a VP at a Fortune 10 company to spearhead “tangible improvement” in diversity and inclusion, one of the organization’s seven core values. The VP wanted to fully engage internal and external stakeholders with a robust articulation of the function’s strategy that would promote adoption of the company’s diversity and inclusion principles across more than 60,000 employees.
The engagement started with a comprehensive intake of programs, communications and activities as well as interviews with key stakeholders. Then Kissinger Group workshopped with the client team to build out a comprehensive strategic platform and align around it. This ensured that everyone involved understood the group’s value, was able to clearly communicate that value and recognized how to operationalize it on a day-to-day basis.
