Handpicking Top Tier Consultants
BS Business Administration
International Business & Finance,
Kissinger Group only works with hands-on, senior-level consultants. Our team members average 15-20 years of experience in their respective fields and most have held executive positions in industry or senior roles in "Big 4" firms prior to working with us.
Consultant Selection for Client Engagements
In hand-picking the right consultant or team for your engagement, we look at multiple dimensions to be sure they will contribute to your business immediately:
Technical & subject matter expertise: The depth and breadth of our consultant network means we can precisely match your need with the right talent and capabilities. From Six Sigma Black Belts and SAP Implementation Experts to PMI-certified Project Managers, we select the exact skill set you need.
Industry background: In most cases, we choose consultants with relevant industry experience so they can drop right into your environment – no schooling necessary.
Situational experience: Our consultants are closely evaluated for their knowledge of the context surrounding the engagement. Let’s say you’re doing an enterprise ERP implementation…we’ll select a consultant or team with experience doing the same type of implementation. So they can ask questions that get to the heart of project success, anticipate risks and add value right out of the gate.
Culturally compatible: A critical but often overlooked component of the selection process, cultural vetting verifies that the consultant understands and is well-suited to your work style, the language of your organization and its institutional nuances. This enhances his or her ability to navigate, impact, influence and deliver real value in your environment.
Sondra Kiss, Managing Partner: Sondra has spent more than a 15 years in the consulting industry—initially as an independent consultant, then as a VP of the Healthcare Practice for a mid-tier firm. She has worked with some of the nation’s largest organizations, delivering substantial results for her clients.
Today she partners with large company executives to clearly identify issues, frame approaches and design appropriate solutions. Her deep understanding of her clients’ organizations and her relationships across their enterprises have prompted more than one executive to comment that she knows more about what’s happening in their companies than some people inside the business.
Prior to her consulting career, Sondra served in a variety of executive-level sales and marketing roles in the service and training industries. An experienced entrepreneur, Sondra started her first company in her 20s, growing the business to $7 million annually before negotiating a successful sale. That business was profiled by International Data Group (IDG) as one of Canada’s top training companies.
