The Principals

Sondra Kiss, Managing Partner: Sondra has spent more than a 15 years in the consulting industry—initially as an independent consultant, then as a VP of the Healthcare Practice for a mid-tier firm. She has worked with some of the nation’s largest organizations, delivering substantial results for her clients.

 

Today she partners with large company executives to clearly identify issues, frame approaches and design appropriate solutions. Her deep understanding of her clients’ organizations and her relationships across their enterprises have prompted more than one executive to comment that she knows more about what’s happening in their companies than some people inside the business.

Prior to her consulting career, Sondra served in a variety of executive-level sales and marketing roles in the service and training industries. An experienced entrepreneur, Sondra started her first company in her 20s, growing the business to $7 million annually before negotiating a successful sale. That business was profiled by International Data Group (IDG) as one of Canada’s top training companies. 

At Kissinger Group, Scott is responsible for creating a world class network of consulting talent. His careful management of the recruitment process ensures that each consultant has the skills, experience and emotional intelligence to deliver successful engagements for Kissinger Group clients. Scott also partners closely with business development to define and document the precise requirements for client engagements in Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy and Utilities. Scott Lininger, Senior Partner: An award-winning professional, Scott has held positions in Professional Services, Executive Management, Recruiting, and Operations. He is passionate about building and managing high-performance teams that have fun while delighting their customers.

 

Scott's background has included executive positions with several successful start-ups, including venture-funded software and social networking businesses.

Before starting Kissinger Group, Scott served as a Vice President of Consultant Services at M Squared Consulting, where he was responsible for recruiting and managing independent consultants on client engagements in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, and Technology sectors.
